Kim is a highly experienced and motivated project manager, facilitator and researcher who brings a professional and approachable sensibility to all clients relations. A calm and consistent communicator, her collaborative and straight-forward thinking allows Kim to effectively partner with clients from a range of sectors and industries to develop highly effective products and services that directly address human resource needs.
Kim is currently managing EHRC’s Competency Framework and National Occupational Standards project, overseeing the identification and development of skills and knowledge requirements of workers within the electricity and renewable energy sector. As a component of this project, she is leading EHRC’s Solar PV Installer Certification Needs Analysis Project. Kim holds a Master of Organizational degree from Crandall University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Prince Edward Island. She also holds certifications in facilitation, Essential Skills analysis, competency-based training development and has completed formal training in project management.
